Returns, bytes & complaints
You have open purchase for 14 days after you have collected your package. After that, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To return an item, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Email to email@example.com and briefly describe the reason for the return and attach receipt or order number. Then a return slip and return shipping note are sent to your email address.
Your return will be received and inspected and then notified if your return was approved or refused. Upon approved return, a refund is made within a few days to the payment account or card you specified at the time of purchase.
You pay the return shipping (59 :-) yourself (does not apply to production errors).
The shipping fee (59 :-) added on orders below 1000: - is non-refundable. Upon refund / return, the freight charge is deducted from the amount refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not provide by means of exchanges for example the wrong size. You change the product by placing a new order yourself. The item you do not want to keep you send back to us by making a return. (Please see above).
If something is wrong with your item, please send another email email@example.com soon as possible. Describe the error with the item. If possible, please send with a picture. Enter order number and contact information. The complaint is assessed in accordance with ARN's guidelines and assessment and case by case. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act.
Note! If you notice any damage to the packaging in connection with the collection, this must be reported directly at the delivery point.
